Can we celebrate a bachelorette, birthday or reunion here?
Yes. Celebrations are welcome, parties are not. Only registered guests (up to 12) may be at the house, with no visitors, outside guests, events, party buses or pregames. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, and the rooftop and swim spa close at 10 PM. Read the party policy.
How do we book?

Is the swim spa heated?
Yes. The rooftop swim spa is heated and open 8 AM to 10 PM. Children must be supervised at all times, and there is no lifeguard on duty.
What is the minimum stay?
Usually 2 nights, and weekend stays must include Saturday. Big event dates have longer minimums: 3 nights for stadium concerts, the SEC tournament, CMA Awards week, New Year's Eve (must include Dec 31) and holidays, and 4 nights Thursday to Monday for CMA Fest (June 10–13, 2027). Titans home games are 2 nights, or 3 on Monday Night Football weeks.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable $1,000 hold is placed on your card 2 days before arrival and released 2 days after checkout. It is $1,500 for CMA Fest, New Year's Eve, stadium-event and holiday weekends.
What do you need from us before check-in?
The primary guest completes a quick ID and selfie verification, e-signs the rental agreement (about 3 minutes) and authorizes the card on file. Your door code is sent once those are done.
Is there an age requirement?
The primary guest must be 25 or older and stay for the whole booking. Guests under 21 may not drink alcohol at the house.
Can we bring a pet?
Sorry, no pets. Service animals are welcome as required by law.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free street parking for up to 6 vehicles. Details are sent before arrival.
Are there a lot of stairs?
Yes. The house is spread over several levels up to the 5th-floor rooftop, and there is no elevator. Let us know if anyone in your group has mobility needs and we'll help you plan.
Are there cameras or monitors?
Exterior cameras cover the entrances. A decibel-only noise monitor measures sound levels and does not record audio. There are no cameras inside the home.
Can we work from the house?
Absolutely. There's Google Fiber, a quiet study, the Writers' Room loft with its big glass whiteboard, and plenty of table space. Teams can also book a weekday Loft Session.

What are the check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is 3:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout can be added when the calendar allows. See add-ons.
Where is the house?
In East Nashville, near Shelby Park, with Broadway 4 minutes away. The exact address comes with your booking confirmation.
Is laundry available?
Yes. A washer and dryer are available to guests.
